01 UNDERSTANDING
Task
Redesign a website for a business platform aimed at increasing user bookings for event spaces, coworking services, and virtual offices. The goal was to create a clear, intuitive, and engaging user experience that would improve conversion rates and minimize user confusion.
Business Goals
Increase user engagement and retention by simplifying the booking process and providing easy access to all necessary information.
Boost conversions through prominent CTAs and optimized navigation.
Mission for User
Guide users effortlessly through the website to quickly book the services they need, with clear information and simple steps to follow.
Target Audience
Business owners, freelancers, remote teams, and organizations seeking flexible coworking spaces, event venues, or virtual office services.
Success Criteria
Enhance the overall user experience throughout the booking process, leading to increased engagement and conversion rates for event spaces and virtual office rentals.

02 DESIGN PROCESS STEPS
Phase 1 – Competitor analysis
Purpose: Conduct a visual and functional analysis of competitor websites to identify effective design elements and innovative ideas that could enhance our approach, ensuring the design is both modern and competitive.
Phase 2 – Low-fidelity wireframing
Purpose: Outline the core structure and layout of each essential section, giving the client an early preview of content organization and flow before moving into detailed design.
Phase 3 – High-fidelity design in Figma
Purpose: Develop polished, full-resolution designs for all pages in Figma, allowing for precise detail and branding consistency. This phase includes client feedback and final approvals to ensure alignment with project goals.
Phase 4 – Webflow implementation
Purpose: Bring the approved designs to life on the Webflow platform for rapid, code-free deployment, ensuring a quick launch without the need for additional developer resources.

03 CONCLUSION
Project summary
This comprehensive website redesign focused on improving user experience and driving conversions for service bookings, including event spaces, coworking areas, and virtual office rentals. By refining the information hierarchy, enhancing CTAs, and creating a seamless booking flow, the project successfully addressed business objectives while ensuring a modern and intuitive design.
The phased approach—from wireframing to Webflow implementation—enabled a swift and effective launch, delivering a user-friendly platform tailored to client needs.
